In the right spot
22 September, 2019 Today we woke up early and had breakfast at the sandbar. The wind had gone and the water was smooth when we parked the boat into its spot. It went very well and she is now secured in her spot. Tested the dinghy too. Packed up and went home.
Sailing Day 1
Saturday 21 September 2019: First day sailing our RaRa. Transport from Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club in Pittwater, near Newport, to Middle Harbour Yacht Club near the spit bridge. Hand over day!
Today, 20/9/2019, we took over RaRa – it was a great day with sunshine and warm weather. Met the previous owner at RPAYC together with our broker and looked through the boat. After some drinks at the club we had take away dinner (from the club) on the boat and then off to bed.
Survey day!
This is an important day, we’re having a surveyor checking everything is ok, and we also did a test sail 🙂
