MHYC and Sydney Harbour regatta 6-7 March 2021

Saturday 6 March: Niclas sailed the Sydney Harbour regatta on Wailea both Saturday and Sunday. Sanna arrived to RaRa in the evening after having played a squash tournament together with Oliver. When Niclas returned we left to go to a friends birthday party and later in the evening we returned to the boat for the night.

Sunday 7 March: We had breakfast onboard before Niclas left with Wailea for a second day of racing. Sanna stayed on RaRa at the marina for a very relaxing day. The sun was shining, temperature around 25 and the water lovely. Sanna went for a walk along the shore next to the marina and found a lovely little beach, only accessible at low tide, and had a swim.

Made full use of the food stalls etc that the marina set up for Sydney Harbour regatta, it was very quiet as most of the racing boats where out on the harbour racing. Oliver stayed at home this weekend.

The sailors got wind at the end of the day and returned quite late.
